Choice 4 - Short history of A Fib. The BEST chance to convert (and maintain conversion) is the first time the patient develops A Fib (before atrial remodeling can occur). The longer one remains in A Fib - the more difficult it is to get the patient out of A Fib and keep them in normal sinus rhythm.
ReplyDeleteANSWER is 4
ReplyDeleteYes, I am Agree with You. Patient with recent onset of Atrial Fibrillation is more likely to remain in Sinus Rhythm. Atrial Fibrillation in Older patients is due to Structural Heart Diseases.
