ReplyDeletei think CAG should be done ..stress test is not a good investigation with Moderately dilated LVEF 25% and global hypokinesia.
ReplyDeleteconsidering that there is significant history of angina, i would want to do an angiogram to r/o the possibilty of CAD. Stress thallium is not a bad second choice.
